We recommend to download CPH Airport App for a smothless way through the Airport.
Copenhagen Airport counts with a free smartphone app which grants access to updates to flights, maps, services and amenities, book parking, and also allows you to shop in the Tax Free online store.

For lost items within the airport premises or on the plane on arrival at CPH Airport, please contact Copenhagen Airport Police. Please note that lost items are handled to Police Lost Property Office within 48-72 hours after its loss.

Find a post office between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.
Travelling for families
At CPH there are lots of amenities and services to help families with little children.
Security family lane
Families with young children - up to 6 years old- can use the family lane at the security checkpoint.
Changing Facilities
There are changing facilities for babies and kids in almost all the airport’s restrooms area.
Play area
Find indoor playing areas with airplanes, control tower and CPH vehicles. Location: Between gates A & B.
Baby lounge
At baby lounge passengers will also find nursing room and microwave. Located after security check.
ATMs
You can find throughout the terminals plenty of ATMs.
Assistance Centre
For disabled travellers, there is an Assistance Centre to solve your needs and for several services: Wheelchair rental, disabled parking, etc.
Pharmacy
Find a pharmacy in Terminal 2.
Smoking area
Smoking is prohibited inside the Airport terminals.
Since 2009 it is not permitted to smoke in Copenhagen Airport Terminals facilities, just outside the terminal buildings.
Luggage storage
There is luggage storage service available at Copenhagen Airport.
Storage lockers are located in parking p4. Price will depend on the measure of the luggage.

Copenhagen Airport (CPH) offers a diverse selection of shops and restaurants to make travelers’ experience comfortable and enjoyable while waiting for their flight. Shops and Duty-Free
The airport is home to a wide variety of shops, including boutiques of renowned designers, Scandinavian fashion brands, electronics and Danish souvenirs. Bistro Sommelier (Terminal 2): Offers a more refined dining experience with a price range of 200-400 Danish kroner. It’s a good option for lunch or dinner, and also serves breakfast and brunch. It has a selection of alcohol, including cocktails and wines.
FOODMARKET (Terminal 2): This is a versatile option with a wide variety of meals and salads. Prices are reasonable by Danish standards, and it’s recommended for a quick pre-flight meal.

Security Screening
